Ancient Murrelet

St. Joseph, Michigan, has been hosting an Ancient Murrelet (Synthliboramphus antiquus) for this past week and yesterday I was one of the lucky folks treated to oustanding views as this little bird put on an afternoon show. It was underwater 90% of the time so photo ops had to be quickly taken. I digiscoped only one viable picture (out of many attempts) but for me it was a life bird, and a forever captured memory.
