Re: South Carolina Titmouse
Welcome to the forum, Deanna! I'm Thornius in Nashville, TN, right next door to you! We have TONS of Titmousen here, too. I have been hearing their mating calls in and around my yard this past week. I have at least five Chickadees that hang with them at my feeders, too. Glad to see your picture here! We love pictures and most of us here are avid (pun intended) bird photographers. Start hanging out here. We'd LOVE to talk!

Thank you for the welcome Thornius. I have been hearing their mating calls as well. There are so many birds that hang out at my feeder and have more pictures than I can count. I will be posting more soon.

I just love those birds as well, yet if I see one it will be a lifer for me seeing that I live in southern Ontario and thats at the northern tip of their range, I have kept my eye out since I've been in my teens for one and have yet to add it to my list so for now I'll just enjoy your picture, thanks and welcom to the form.

Hi Ray, I am in Mount Pleasant. I saw your post of the Cardinal in the snow. Your picture was great. I have a couple of pictures that I took of some birds the morning after the snow. It was very cool.

Wow, you're right across the river, (well actually 2 rivers----gotta count the Ashley too). It is good at long last to find someone else in South Carolina--and in the lowcountry as well. Thanks for the comment on the cardinal. You'll really enjoy this forum--nice folks--and they know their stuff! Let's keep up-to-date on what we see locally.
