This is a lifer for me when I went to Harlingen last week.  Just going through my pictures and wanted to share it.  What is it?

Popeye was a sailor of the sea
and one day he looked right at me
He pointed at those birds
And uttered these words,
"I name those birds for thee"
                                            O.O.

No, not snowed in. They kept saying it was going to snow. I saw about 6 small flakes at 5:00 PM. Does that make them right in their prediction? I think it is the first time I have ever wanted a lot of snow since I was a kid.

I have never seen that bird, it would be a lifer for me, too.
