How'd you get that gold finch to pose like that?
My neighborhood house finch is singing up a storm, especially around 7:30 when I leave for work. And I've seen the great horned owl a couple of times in the past week. So yes, spring must surely be here. There is actually a little green stuff on the fairways. I went up your way Saturday and played West Fork in Conroe.
If it's not raining in the morning, I need to run through Bear Creak to see if the yellow throated warbler is back.
