This image was taken four years ago when I was just starting out. But it is still one of my favorites. This was taken in February of 2008 at the Forestry Farm in Saskatoon. I used a 80-400 lens @270, ISO 400, f7.1, 1/200. Hand-Held out my car window.

Nine Primaries
During the late afternoon hours of March 6, 2010 a "museum" (or flock) of Cedar Waxwings descended upon a Red Maple tree in my back yard. They were devouring the blossoms on the tree. I shot one hundred photos of the birds with this photo being the only one I saved; all the rest were trashed...
