A Snowy owl Image from British Columbia's Boundary Bay area. Heavy fog was the main ingredient weather wise during my time there. However challenging, it did create some mystical images such as this Snowy Owl taking to the wing from its perch. Here I was setup photographing this bird creating static images when another photographer approached from the opposite side, causing the bird to liftoff allowing this image!

omg. it's so amazing it looks like a painting not a photo. perfect conditions, perfect timing...it's all there. congrats is right. it's shots like this that make us love nature more and more....
