A flock of White-faced Ibises arrived at Cochise Lake, Willcox, Arizona, on September 9, 2009. They were among several species of "long-billed" shorebirds that day, and were a real treat to see. They were always a little far from shore so getting super close was not possible, but they were real beauties. Taken with Canon EOS 40D, 300mm f4L IS + 1.4 teleconverter.
